Mr Khan gets to know Alia’s boyfriend Scab and becomes convinced a family wedding is on the cards. He becomes determined to meet the boy’s parents as soon as possible – a prospect that terrifies Scab. Mr Khan comes to the conclusion that Scab’s parents are bigoted snob who cannot cope with the idea of their son dating a girl from a Pakistani family, and heads off to their country club to give them a piece of his mind – leading to a sweaty confrontation in a sauna.
